Register to the Online Consultations with Civil Society Organizations Worldwide

The World Congress on Enforced Disappearances (WCED) has announced a series of upcoming online consultations with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) across various regions. These consultations are scheduled as part of WCED's ongoing efforts to engage with stakeholders globally and address the critical issue of enforced disappearances. The initiative aims to foster collaboration, gather insights, and develop strategies to combat enforced disappearances worldwide.

Scheduled from May to June 2024, the consultations will provide a platform for CSOs from diverse backgrounds and regions to share their experiences, challenges, and recommendations regarding enforced disappearances. Through these interactive sessions, participants will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, exchange best practices, and contribute to the development of effective strategies for prevention, investigation, and prosecution of enforced disappearances. WCED encourages CSOs working in the field of human rights, justice, and advocacy to actively participate and bring forth their perspectives to the table.
